yes, it is possible!. as a matter of fact it is also possible for a person to lose other functions like they may be paralyzed on one side!. it all depends on what area of the brain the hemorrhage occurred !. but a person can gain some of those functions back with therapy and emotional support!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
