Is this that big of a problem?!

Question: Is this that big of a problem!?
I need to lose about ten pounds!. Every night after dinner I purge my food so I don't have to take on the calories from dinner!. I've been doing this for about a week!. Is it that big of a problem if I do it just after eating dinner!? ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

blahhh dont do it, just dont eat the dinner >!.<

Or perhaps you could do what other people do and EXERCISE :)

Happy days eh!?

Even if its just doing sit ups or push ups in your living room for 20 minutes!.

Losing weight isnt that hard

its perseived to be so hard but that's only by people who are lazy aboutit!. if you really want teh weight off you wil do the hard stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. You can fool your body into starvation mode, it will use your reserves!. You may think you have it in control now, but this can get the better of you before you realize it, and get worse!. It can lead to multi-organ failure because your body is deprived of the proper nutrition you need!. If you want to lose ten pounds in a way that isn't at all harmful, eat healthy and workout safely!. Learn about exercise and nutrition and be smart about it!.

Plus, the acid from the vomit ruins the enamel of your teeth!. There's goes a nice smile!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes its a problem!! that's what we call bulimia ie: an eating disorder!. its only a small step above anorexia!.
i have a friend who was bulimic!. she started doing it every once in a while but it got really bad really quickly!. she ended up purging after every single meal!. the worst part is, bulimic people binge and purge!. that means they go crazy and eat everything, then throw it up!. its like they overcompensate for having to upchuck it a minute later!. so my friend would come over and eat literally an entire box of chips and then throw it up in my toilet!. it was gross and all my friends hated it!. its terrible but we had to hide our food from her when she came over because she would eat everything in the house and then just throw it up!. This went on for over a year and she only lost probably 10 pounds!. I know that's your goal, but this is not the way to do it!. it took my friend months of therapy to get over it and now she's twice as big as she was before!. the weight came back with vengeance!.

moral of the story: stop while your ahead!. there are much easier ways to loose a measly 10 pounds!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes its a huge deal!. this is so bad for your body!. a lot of the time bodies will get used to this, and by the time youve lost the weight and WANT to eat your dinner again, your body will throw it up on its own!.

also, this will ruin your teeth!.
and you wont be getting the food you need in your systom!. if you want to lose weight go work out rather than do something this idiotic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes thats very unhealthy so what if its only one meal throughout the day its a whole meal that your losing all the protein and colories your body needs just exercise and eat less fats exercise more than eat and u will see results pluse if u do that for a while it could lead to a serious eating disorder also once u stop and start eating normal again u will gain more weight than your lost in the 1st place so just lose weight the healthy way and your results will be heathlier and last longer also keep up with the exercises good luck stop purging Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is the worst way of trying to lose weight, even worse than starving yourself!. When you vomit you will bring up gastric juices which can burn and damage the oesophagus!. Frequent vomiting can also rot your teeth and give you terrible bad breath!. Healthy diet and regular exercise is a much better option!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you'll get an eating disorder after you do it enough!.!.!. you'll do it after every meal and you wont be able to control it!. you'll be skinny thoWww@Answer-Health@Com

you need to get help if you want to live!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
