Painful bumps under my arm?
I have painful bumps, thinking they are glands, under my armpits, they are so painful to lift anything and to the touch, they are deep red what is it and how can i fix it without going to the ER?

You're right. You do have glands under your arms. And they DO collect toxins from your body--it is what they are meant to do.
However, when there is too much toxins for them to filter, or when they get overworked and get infected THEMSELVES then their ability to filter the toxins out of our bodies ceases, and the glands become swollen and painful.
If they are deep red and incredibly painful, it means that they are on the verge of exploding from the pressure inside of them. And if they do that, they are going to flood your body with all those toxins that have collected there.
The minimal care you need right now is massive doses of antibiotics to kill off the infection. You might also need surgery to remove the infected tissue. I am sure you can imagine what else you may end up losing, if you leave this long enough for the glands to go gangrenous?
