Hi, does anyone know any good ways to get rid of giant acne? I just got a few big bumps. I already got a cleanser. I just need some good remedies. thanks!

You may want to go see a dermatologist in order to get prescription strength medicine. If you are in your late teens then Acutane is an absolute miracle! Triaz is great in combination with Cetaphil. The dermatoligsts have alot of medicines to cure nodular acne such as topicals, antibiotics, etc. I hope this helps and do not forget to use lotion due to the cleansers drying your face out bc that will cause premature wrinkles.
