What Age does a person become a "Geriatric" patient?!


Question: What Age does a person become a "Geriatric" patient!?
My mom is 61 and we were are starting to think her doctors are treating her with medication dosages that are suitable for the elderly!.

When I was little, "Senior Citizen" was anyone age 65 or older!. Now, 55 year olds are considered senior citizens!. I am beginning to think that by the time I am 40, I will be considered a senior citizen!. (I am now 35 years old!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
