How and can your heart shut down painlessly?!

Question: How and can your heart shut down painlessly!?
I was just curious to know!. Can someone's heart, regardless of health, just suddenly turn off completely, killing the person quick an painlessly!? If so is it possible for someone to harness that control and shut off their own heart!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
There are forms of meditation that actually harness the bodies natural movements to your control, people have actually been able to stop their own hearts on command but that takes years to gain control of!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dying from cardiac arrest is very, very painful!. Many people think it's not because people who are dying from it don't scream or make any sort of indication of the pain they are in!. But the only reason they don't scream or whatever is because they can't!.
If you've ever felt chest pain from your heart having difficulty, it's like that but magnified a LOT!. When you're heart has the slightest difficulty pumping you will (usually) get this tight/heavy/wrenching feeling in your chest!. When your heart stops, your brain will send it signals to pump, so it will try to, but for whatever reason it can't!. So your heart send pain signals to your brain saying it can't pump, so your brain sends more signals, making more electrical shocks trying to get it to work!.!.and yeah it hurts a freaking lot!. Your heart will keep sending pain signals until the point comes when you haven't been pumping blood for about three minutes so you haven't had any oxygen brought to your brain or any other organs so they start to shut down!. When a person goes into cardiac arrest, after about three minutes they start getting brain damage because of not getting any oxygen to their brain!.
You'll be dead after maybe 7 or so minutes!.

So, if you want to die from cardiac arrest and not feel pain you'll need pain killers!. Dying from cardiac arrest is not quick!. Well, it's quicker than some other ways to die and most people who get it die because emergency help usually can't get there on time!.!.but I wouldn't recommend it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
