Suddenly got really sick to my stomach?

I suddenly started feeling very sick to my stomach the last few hours.. Like. i just started getting really nauseas, and like im gonna through up.. and im just feeling tired, started getting chills, kinda flushed face, just started feeling like crap all of a sudden, and the last few minutes my stomach just got really uneasy. im 100% sure its not food poisening, so i know its not that. whats wrong? am i coming down witha virus?

If you still feel like this when you wake up in the morning you should go to the ER.
