Any good black head remedies?

I have black heads on my nose and chin, but the rest of my skin is ok... I have tried Biore strips and just about everything else you can imagine, and good remedies I may have not heard of?

Yeah, squeeze the f**ckers out. It's great!
End up with acne, but it's a lovely pastime.
