my dad has this weird looking red patch it actually looks like a somewhat keliod scar but its less raised (barely raised) and its the same color ( more res, butt also pinkish)!. its in the shape of a circle, sitting there on the right side of his leg!. he didndt have any injuries or scratches or any thing there, so it couldnt be a scar, yet it kinda looks like a keloid scar!?!?!?!!?!!?!!?!!?
he also has diabetees if that helps
