White spot on face. I want to know how I got it.?

A couple days ago I was sweating due to the hot weather and this area was dry. Soon, it became a little white spot. And I dont know what to do. Can anyone tell me how i got it and how I can cure it. I cant get a doctor appointment as yet. But are ther any suggestions? Any natural ways of curing it? Aveeno? Honey? anything?

Umm, its nothing to worry about if you really take good care of yourself. There are so many reasons to get white spots not only in your face but other parts of your body too it could probably be that your eating habits are too low in iron try to eat food that is high in iron, take multivitamins that will help.Or it may be that your skin is too dry cuz of your soap you use or a body lotion could also be try Aveeno its the best choice for dry skin too. Another reason and this is my last one that i think it could be is skin cancer i don't know how big the spot is or how white it is but it could be, don't get my word for it, Just try to use sunscreen lotion when you're outdoors and don't stay outdoors for long periods of time . My advice to you go and see a doctor right away or a dermatologist a specialist just for skin.
