not everyone has cancer cells in the body what happens is that everyone has cells and it's possible for cells to mutate into cancer cells that's why not everyone has cancerWww@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think it's been proven that everyone has cancer cells in their body!. I think it is true that everyone's body makes errors when it duplicates cells!. By a LONG stretch, this could be construed as "cancer cells!." But in most people these cells self-destruct!. So the cancer cell never duplicates itself!. It kills itself!. That's what it's supposed to do!.

Now, I believe someone speculated that if we all lived to be 120, we'd all have cancer somewhere in our bodies!. But that too is just speculation !.!.!. informed speculation, but speculation nonetheless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What 2cute4yo said, but I'll add to it!.

What I think scientists are trying to discover is what it is exactly that mutates the cells!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
