Your feet must be in a higher level than the rest of your body, put some pillows below your feet and the ache will go away!. Or, place a heating pad on your abdomen to give temporary relief!. Lastly, try lying on your stomach to ease the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well if its cramps then just lie down and drink a cold glass of water and toast
if its your every day stomach ache then i suggest you get a blanket and cover up drink 2 glasses of gatorade fast and try to breath it and out if that doesnt work then you need to suck on peanut butter like on a scoop of spoon calmes yourself!.!.!.no jokeWww@Answer-Health@Com
