Is my asthma getting worst?!

Question:

Is my asthma getting worst?

like three weeks ago, I was able to rid my bnike for 40 minutes to school, and it didnt effect my breathing at all, but then like suddenly a couple weeks later, riding my bike peridodically, staying in the same gears, i started to have a harder time, and now i cant rid my bike for more then 5 minutes without getting out of breathe, and then once i get off, i feel faint, last night it was so bad i had to take my pump just to be able to breathe, and even that was too hard. I'm really worried about it, but i cant go to the doctors or anything...usually this only happens when im sick, but i havent been lately, which is weird for me, since im always sick, so i have no idea whats going on, is it possible that my asthma is getting worst? and is there anything i can do to fix it
?

Additional Details

i was already on steriods for it, and they took me off i because it wasnt working for me, and it gave me the shakes, and im not allergic to anything outside, mostly just food, and i doubt that would effect my asthma, and i cant go to the doctors, i have no insurance and they wont even see me

Answers:

It could be worsening as in your exacerabations/triggers are becoming stronger. It could be allergy induced. It could be a viral trigger as you said only that your body hasn't showned the sxs of it yet (obviously expect for the asthma). It could even be as simple as being dehydrated. I would suggest a doctors visit because they can do test that would clearly show whats up. If you are really anti that route, maybe you might need to change from your fast acting inhaler to a once-a-day steroid type.
