I dont understand, are there any problem's someone experiences that are only induced by an abnormal heart beat?

Generally, if your doctor knows that your heart is irregular and he says it is ok...then it is a natural irregularity that just needs monitored occasionally. Particularly if you are young.
If you have a history of heart problems...post-heart attack, valvular problems...or other problems that you are aware of, then irregular heart beats can indicate other conditions such as chronic atrial fibrillation. Occasional irregular beats are normal particularly after smoking or drinking.
The risk of irregular heart beats are clots in your heart that can go to your brain or legs and cause a blockage. This is not something to worry about unless your physician is worried. Really!
A physician will put you on a blood thinner if you have a problematic irregularity.
