Answers:
You need to exfoliate!. The dead skin cells are preventing the follicle from breaking through the skin, resulting in ingrown hairs!. When you begin to get stubble, start exfoliating for a few days, to get rid of the pore clogging dead skin and help coax the hairs out!.

Get a loofah pad, (or a Buf Puf) add some soap or body wash and scrub lightly in a circular motion, while in the shower or bath, then rinse!.

As for ingrown hairs that you already have!.!.!. "Tend Skin" will work to soothe the itchy red bumps!. You can find it in most drug and discount stores, by the shaving supplies!. And unlike products geared toward women Tend Skin is geared toward men , so you won't have feminine perfumes in the product, and won't be embarrassed to buy it!.

They're ingrown hairs!. Try putting a hot, wet towel on them for 15 minutes every day for as long as it takes for them to go away!. You should notice reduced numbers in a few days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Those red bumps are probably ingrown hairs!. Make sure you exfoliate regularly when you shower!. They have creams that you can buy to put over the irritated area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
