Could this be linked to dyslexia, in that it causes a physical reaction of feeling ill

I have posted this for a friend, he does not have noticable eye issues(His eyes appear normal) although he has suffered stress and anxiety of late
Answers:
Is this all the time or maybe just when you are tired,it does sound like some sort of strain,i would talk to your Doc about it just to be on the safe side,she/he might suggest an eyetest or have some other ideas.
