Blocked nose all the time???

I am 17... i have always had a blocked nose.. i dont feel ill or anything it just feels kinda blocked all the time and stuff. When i talk and hear myself it sounds like i always have a really bad cold when i dont...

My mum said something years ago when i was born i could ahve surgery but i was too young.. she has never told me much about it .. hmmm ...

so i wonder if the case i could get surgery or something.. i dont think any medication will help it.
