I have a cold sore but...I don't have high temperatures, head aches or fatigue.then whats going on?

It's anoying!

yesterday my lip felt sore and I felt like it was one of those moments that I get them and then they eventualy go away with vaselin or just stop picking on it.When my boyfriend called my phone in the morning and my lip felt big so i went to the mirror and saw what was some lil tiny lumps of liquid on my lip on the left part of my top lip.

So yeah I knew it was a cold sore so I researched it on the internet.

It said im soposed to have symptoms like high temperatures, head aches and fatigue but im feeling perfectly fine, only the weird pain on my neck is all.

So..whats going on with me?

You don have o be sick to have a coldsore.You should put Vicks Vaborub on it.trust me it works
