Hookah compared to tobacco??

What do you guys think about hookah compared to tobaco? Many of my friends do it and I yes the flavored fruit does taste good, but still, tobacco is going in you body and it is very unhealthy and causes many different cancers and diseases. Please tell me what you think about hookah and tobacco. Honest answers appreciated...10 pts for best answer...you all know that!!!!
