What should one do if someones lung collapses?!


Question: What should one do if someones lung collapses!?
I know someone whose lungs produce cists which burt every now and then, which forces one of his lungs to collapse!.

What should I do if it happens when I'm there!?

If you are there when it happens first and foremost dial 911 and let them tell you what to do untill they get there!. Don't try moving him or anything else as this can make it worse if you constrict both lungs Www@Answer-Health@Com

definitly race to the emergency room my boyfriends lung collapsed and he was in such severe pain he got straight to the hospital and they said if he had delayed it he would have died,just dont panic if it happens,the worse things you can do is panic,just call an ambulence or if your closer race to emergencyWww@Answer-Health@Com

As others have noted, get medical help!. This isn't a do-it-yourself issue!. It requires getting the lung to re-inflate by sucking out air that has gotten between the lung and the chest wall!. Like I said, this takes more than meaning well to correct!. That's enough detail!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
