I agree with the other answers!. None are wrong!. However, if very little exercise is causing your shortness of breath (the medical abbreviation being sob), and if you are not having an asthmatic attack at that time, you might want to go to your GP, because heart troubless can alsocausee sob!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
