Im having these symptoms and i dont know what it could be, im 14 years old, no car crash, no serious disease, nothing abnormal until this now... help, im scared...

Are you drinking enough water? It could be that you are dehydrated. (This may sound gross) If your urine is yellow it means that you are dehydrated. Stay away from the sodas. If not, I would see a doctor because it could be something more serious.
