I had a CT scan in april becuse of al my headaches. they said it was normal. but my head still hurts.........

i take tylenols everday for this and i am tired of it. i say a neuroligist and i was suppose to get a brain scan on thursday but computers were down and i go on the 16. i am also a teen and 16. i think i might have one becuse i have these funny head pains. like pressure and heaviness.i am probaly going to go back to the er tonight becuz i am scared. do you think it can be a tumor. i also get alot of twitches.

These symptoms present as anxiety. A tumor would almost never cause twitches but rather slowed or non-existant movement. Your age is right for the introduction of anxiety symptoms. "Funny head pains", "heavyness", and "pressure" all indicate somatic concerns. You also say you're going to the ER tonight because you're "scared"; not because you know they will treat a tumor, but because your anxiety will be diminished simply by going there. You're explanation of the 'problem' is already worth more than the tests that will come back negative :) I wish I had more patients like you that could explain their symptoms.
