Um actually, it is completely false that your eyes would be blown out your head if you didn't close them, we close them because it is a natural reaction of the human body but if you forced your eyes to stay open it would probably be uncomfortable and may hurt, but its been proven by!.!.!.I think it was mythbusters or something like that, that there is 14 muscles holding your eyes in place if in-fact you sneeze with your eyes open!. It is actually not possible to sneeze with your eyes open!. You must close your eyes or the force of the sneeze would blow your eyes out of your head!. Really!. It is a natural reflex that your body closes its eyes to protect itself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I know that its is impossible to sneeze with your eyes open and i believe that if not done, you ould at the very least, pop a major blood vessel in your eye/head and possible po your eye right out of your head!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
