Anyone a doctor on here? Medical advice needed!?

Okay so I've been having these symptoms on and off for the past 2 days and I really need to know what's the matter with me. The symptoms are:

-Abnormal Vaginal bleeding
-Fatigue
-Loss of appetite
-feeling breathless/have to breath heavily
-severe lower back pain
-feeling over hot

Can anyone help me? I've booked an appointment with my GP but she couldn't see me for 2 weeks!

Well for the past 6 months I have been having irregular periods, so I started taking these Zinc-Ace vitimins and ever since then, I've been having these symptoms...perhaps it's the vitimins??

These symptoms are quite common and can be indicative of a range of conditions. It is unacceptable that your GP won't see you for two weeks. I suggest you phone NHS 24 - act as if it is an emercency and you'll get get an appointment at your local hospital quickly.
