Question: My friend has a realllllly ugly lump on her face!. It kinda changes colors!.!.!.!?
So I'm not sure how to tell her!. I dont even know if shes knows its there!. I want to tell her, or just slice it off myself, but i dont want to be rude!. Im not a rude person!. i dont want to be mean, but i feel sick wen im around her :( what do you think i should do about it!? oh, and it might be affecting her health!. im not just asking cuz its disgustingly ugly!. i deeply care about her!. she is one of my best friends!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If the lump (it's probably a mole) changes colours, she needs to go to a doctor immediatly to have it removed!.
A mole that changes colours is most likley a developing skin cancer and must be treated straight away to stop it from spreading!.
Tell your friend that you have noticed it changes colours and ask her to see a doctor because you're worried about her!.
Be sensitive to her feelings and don't tell her that you don't like the mole or that you think it's ugly!.

However, it could be a skin tag!. If so, she really shouldn't cut it off, so if she has noticed and is embarrassed (which I guess she is, I would be!)!. Skin tags bleed non stop when they get snagged or cut!. She can get them removed at the doctor if that's what it is!.
Is she a senstive person, or not!? If she isn't, you get make a joke about it, and after you're done laughing, simply say "in all seriousness though, doesn't it bother you!?" That should strike up a convo about it and you can convice her to go to her docs!.
