I saw a situation on 20/20 or some show like that where even the wife had a spinal injury as well, broken neck!. I forgot how the father was injured, but his spine was broken from the lower back area, so he could actually do most of the care with the child!. Anyway, they said he could get an erection as a reflex, yet felt nothing, and that's how he and his wife became parents!. She carried the baby to term and I think had a C Section!.
