Question: I think i may have lung cancer!?
ive had stinging pain in my shoulder blade and top of my chest, ive had blood tests etc done and had xrays done twice, although they have come up clean i still feel wrong, i have had this pain on and off for about 2 months now, how does lung cancer start off!? ive had no coughing or coughing up blood like they say, im really scared, ive cut down allot on smoking ever since but still feeling crap, i dont know if it a muscle problem, would my xrays have shown it if i had it!? im thinking i wana get xrays done again my doctor is a very good doc, why didnt he want me to get xrays again!? whats wrong with me :'''( Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lung cancer is diagnosed a lot of the time, because the patient gets pneumonia symptoms and the doctor does a chest x ray!. Continue to cut back on smoking!. Your chest xray was clear of tumors, so the doctor doesn't want to put you through more xrays!. You could ask for a ct scan just to make sure everything is okay with your lungs, since you feel so strongly about this!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I doubt it, but seriously give up the smokes! I had bad chest pain when I was a heavy smoker, it scared the sh*t out of me, I gave up cold turkey, that was 20 years ago!. Had lung x-rays since then and all is clear, I've no more pain either!. Be sensible and just do it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I read that some people get one sided facial pain 6-9 months prior to a lung cancer being detected!. My uncle had lung cancer!. He had back pain and kept going to a chiropractor!. He died in his apartment without ever knowing he had cancer!. He thought it was just a backache!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
