Question: Ears ringing after AC/DC, normal!?
so i went to AC/DC on friday nite about 24 hours ago and my ears were ringing like krazy when i came out! hearing was significantly reduced for approx 6 hours after the concert, and now they are still ringing, but not as bad as before!.!.!. but still noticable!. Is this normal!? This was my first time getting so close, row 5!.!.!. and for those of who have been to AC/DC you kno how loud it is!!! but it was worth it :PWww@Answer-Health@Com

sooorry to hear that jp37 but the ringing will dissipate unless your eardrums were punctured by the high decibels and irreparable damage has occured!.!.but being you were in the fifth row don't worry about it!.!.!.that is normal otherwise there would be hundreds of thousands of lawsuits!.!.the ringing will vanish!.!.listen I've been right upstage dancing right in front of main Marshall amps inches away during AC/DC and many more loud bands, I've even had no sounds heard at all for a whole day sometimes after concerts!.!.hey my hearing is great and yours will be back to normal too!.!.!.you had better hope it is : )Www@Answer-Health@Com
it is normal to have ringing in your ears after a concert, but if you rub your fingers together right next to your ear and arent able to hear the sound of your skin rubbing together then something is wrong and you need to go to the doctor, if the ringing persists after tuesday then go to the doctor,the stereocilia in your cochlea could be worn down all the way and cause permanent damage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The other guy says no worries it will dissipate, yeah right!. I went to Pat Benatar about 3 years ago!. I wish I had sold the tickets like I had wanted to but I found a friend to go with me!. I had never had my ears that messed up after a concert, after about 5 days I knew the ringing (tinnitus) was permanent!. If you go to a concert again wear ear plugs, because if you do more damage the ringing could get louder!.

You could have permanently damaged your ears and the ringing may never go away!. Loud sounds will do this!. You may think it's "cool" to listen to loud music but your hearing could be affected for the rest of your life!. Suggest ear plugs in the future!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
