Tonight, I have to do a CPAP Titration!. Will they start me off that night with Oxygen/Nasal Cannula before they try the CPAP machine!?!?
They said i have 5 Hypoxic events an hour!. That means my oxygen level drops into the 80%'s!. Can't I just use the Oxygen Nasal Cannula!. I snore, but I think its related to my sinus trouble!.

They probably will, I use oxygen at night because my oxygen dropped to 70% at night!. Just had another sleep study and I don't quit breathing at night, so just oxygen for me!. By the was I did my sleep study at home it was great!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com
yes they will start to treat you tonight!. Oxygen alone will not fix this problem!. If there is obstruction, the oxygen will not get through!. An RDI of 5, is very mild!. I stop breathing 32 times an hour and drop into the 50's!. There are alot of different treatments especially if you are mild!. If it is truly a sinus problem, have you seen an ENT!. For some people a dental device works!. CPAP and bipap work!. It is not sexy but if you can feel better, it is well worth the inconvenience!. I wish I would have gotten treatment 10years earlier!. Do your homework!. Sleepnet!.com is a very helpful online support group!. I have been treated for 7 years!. I am a hundred percent compliance!. My bipap just hit 22,500
