Question: I just woke up, and im deaf in one ear, what happened!?
i have always had hearing problems ever since i was little!. lately i've been pickin my ears with objects since i dont have q tips and have hurt myself some times!. but my hearing stayed the same!. now i woke up, and i cant hear out of my right ear, and all i hear is a ringing!. did i mess up my hearing!? could it be the weather!? cuz i am in tx and it all of a sudden went to like 40 degrees from 80Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is possible that you have caused some ear drum damage due to all the poking and picking!. I seriously doubt it though, because you would probably have felt it right away!. I would suggest contacting a doctor because it sounds like you have fluid in your ear!. Often times the doctor will give you an antibiotic and treat it as a common ear infection!. If this is what it is it could also go away on its own after a few weeks, but I'd definitely have a doc look at it!. Your hearing is to valuable to play around with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Probably sinuses, allergy, etc!. Wash it out with a washcloth, or else put peroxide in it and after about 30 seconds flip your head over to make it go out!. Its a remedy my nana uses for anything that has to do w/ ears!Www@Answer-Health@Com
