How can you tell if you have a paracite?

I'm just wondering because a girlfriend of mine said that she had diarreha the other day and she saw a what she said looked like a tape worm or something. She's been worried about being pregnant because she says that she feels something "moving" in her stomach, but she said that she has been getting her periods like normal. She said she has horrible cramps when she goes to the bathroom. I'm worried about her so i thought i'd ask.
