Does masterburation effect my skin colour and causes acne???
i,m 20 yrs old.i,m masterburating since 2003 four of five times a day.for the past one year there is lot for acne{white heads) on my head and face due to which my hair r falling rapiedly also the colour of my face is taning.u people kindly tell does this is the effect of too much masterburation or some thing else.also suggest how do i get rid of masterburation.
