Question: Do you think this could be more than a cold!?
I have had a sore throat, runny nose, congestion, a fever on and off, and aching ears for going on a week!.
I kept thinking it would go away and I would feel better!. But, I still feel the same as I did a week ago!.
Last night I noticed my cough is getting worse and my chest is hurting!. I am also coughing up some greenish colored mucous (sorry I know that's gross) and I am losing my voice!.
Do you think it's just my cold or something else!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're probably getting bronchitis, which sometimes comes on after a cold or flu!. You may have had the flu since it's been so long!. I used to get bronchitis a lot after my colds!. I would know this when my throat hurt lower in my chest and coughing would hurt too!. Yep, and the nasty mucus!. That would be the first day (of bronchitis)!. The next days were better even though I coughed a lot the pain was less!. So in my book, I would say you have a cold but a bad one!

From the color of mucus, it's definitely more than a cold!. It does sound like an upper respiratory infection, and if it's not treated you could end up with pneumonia!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try Mucinex because it has an expectorant and schedule a visit to your doctor!. Could be just a cold but it is getting worse so better safe then sorry!. Feel better soon!.

how long have you had your cold!? if it has been more that two weeks i would recommend that you call your doctor it may be more than a cold!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
