As a Hypnotherapist I have been on both side of the therapy, Yes it does work!.
How much simply depends on where you live & who you see!

I tried it once and it was not what I expected it to be!. Basically all you do is lay down and listen to someone tell you how to relax your body and than tell you suggestions like " You don't like smoking!." It's not like the stuff you see on stage where people get hypnotized and think they are chickens!. Wasn't for me but could be worth a try, you never know if it'll work for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
