Will fading cream fade pimple marks?

i have a lot of pimple marks that i want to fade, but i cant find much products that speeds up the healing process. will fading creams -that fades age spots and other dark pigmentation marks-fade the pimple marks? are pimple marks considered pigmentation marks? the product that i am eyeing is this:

i dont mean actual pimples, or pimple scars. i mean those red marks that are flat, ¬ sunken into the skin or sth
