I think i have pneumonia !!!! he;lp?

but it only hurts on one side of me right under my rib cage ....could it still be pneumonia ...or is that only when it hurts on both sides

You can have pneumonia in only one lung. You need to get to a dr asap before it gets worse - you can die from pneumonia.
