I have always had this problem, since I was a kid!. I'm 33 now!. I am hypoglycemic, it's where your blood sugar drops suddenly!. Not like a diabetic that's completely different!. The next time it happens, grab some orange juice!. It should stabilize your sugar immediately!. If you don't have orange juice try some sort of hard candy!. If the shaking stops, then you know you may be hypoglycemic!. You will need to make a doctors appointment to know for sure!. It's a simple blood sugar test!. Hope this helps! God Bless! it could be that your blood sugar level is low, when burning calories in a workout your body looses energy, try eating a healthy snack before and after a workout, it might help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may be a nervous person and never realized it until now!. But this could be a sign of a neurological disorder!. Might be a good idea to see your doctor if it continues!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That happened to me for a while, too!. I started drinking more water and it stopped, but I don't really know why!.!.!.Personally, I wouldn't worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like adrenaline or nerves!. When I've worked out really hard I tend to shake a little as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
