Pain in back of Neck when I turn my head left or right....?!

Question:

Pain in back of Neck when I turn my head left or right....?

So I cannot turn my head as far as I used to in either direction I haven't had any injuries and its nothing to do with my sleeping position, Ive had this problem about 3 weeks now and its not getting better. Anyone else had this?
I'm only 45!
