I am utterly exhausted and have to go to work every day with no energy!. I have about 60 small flat bright orangy red spots allover the hard and soft palate of my mouth!. They also cover my tonsils and the little sac at the back-I cant think of it's name!. They spots are totally flat and look like loads of red freckles!. There is no white colour anywhere in my mouth!. I can swallow and talk but am just alot weaker than normal!. My tongue is normal and all my teeth and gums are healthy!. Anybody have any ideas what this is!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably have Koplik's spots in your mouth which is typical for people who have measles or are about to have measles!. It's highly contagous so don't even think of going near people!. Anyway, that's what I think you have since you also said you've been feeling weak, but please go to your doctor this is not the place to ask for a medical diagnosis!
P!.S!. If you do indead have the measles, wear a mouth and nose cover around people and plan on not going to work for a while!.

Sounds like an infection- don't go to work, see a doctor!. Take a photo of them as proof to work just in case they disappear!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I am no doctor but I have heard of this, You may be anemic take some iron vitamins and B12!. Try this for about 2 weeks and if it doesnt go away then I would definatly see your doctor!.
