If you're at home then try getting comfortable and watch tv!. Watch something really simple, like cartoons!. Watch it for at least an hour and let your mind just drift off!. I have anxiety/panic attacks and I'm on meds for it, but the tv thing has always helped me take my mind off s**t even to this day!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to be calm and relax, you need to train your mind and body to remain so!. Once you do that you would find that soon you are a peaceful soul, devoid of anger, stress and anxiety!.
You need to bring in changes in self, your lifestyle!. I don't think any remedy would be of as much help as you yourself would be!. I am listing some tips, hope they help you!. all the best
Do not try to control those things which you can't!. Have a very clear idea of your values and principles!. Do not have unrealistic expectations of yourself and about others!.
Negative attitude and outlooks, trying to keep secrets, listening to gossip, taking more than you can physically or emotionally handle are all counterproductive and ill advised!. Lack of balance in all areas of your life, lack of faith in the future, unhealthy habits, negative self-talk!. All these things should be avoided to be free from stress!.
Besides, manage your time, listen to music, indulge in activities you love, read books etc this will help!.

there is a age pr oven herb!. available at drug/health stores!. called st johns wort!. has been used for centuries!. no side effects, non addictive!. very very cheap!. best of all legal!. the health store also will carry a herbal tea!. not worth the money!. reduce caffeine intake!. if you do have ant of these symptoms!. sweating, slightly blurred vision , momentarily!. frequent urination!. easily lose concentration!. trouble sleeping!. please have small test for diabetes!. this is the leg act my generation have left!. stress and stress related actions!. it is not easy being young!. please try the herb, possible medical advice!. you would not understand how many young people are bothered by the stress factor of to days society!. women are more affected than men, due to more maturity and intelligence!. i hep everything calms down !. no government will ever admit this, you are very very far from being alone!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
