Answers:

It can be normal. You didn't mention your age. If you are over 35, you need to go to another doctor for a 2nd opinion. In any event, there are a few things you can do and see if it affects it.
1. Cut out all caffeine.
2. Get an extra hour of sleep every night.
3. If you exercise heavily, cut back to lighter exertion for awhile.
4. If you don't exercise, try walking every night after dinner or first thing in the a.m.
5. If you work in a full-time job, make sure you take your lunch break.
6. at work, get up and walk for just a couple minutes every few hours to stretch your legs (get some fresh air if you can).
7. If you smoke, get some wellbutrin from your doctor and quit.
8. If you drink heavily at all (even weekend binging), cut back to 1 or 2 drinks max on the weekend only.
9. If you don't drink, you might try 1 glass of wine with dinner - there are actually health benefits (especially with red wine)
10. If you are a red wine drinker, stop for a week - could be an adverse reaction.
