I Still Need Help Answering This Question..?!

Question:

I Still Need Help Answering This Question..?

Okay I'm from Sydney Australia. I'm fourteen, and my skin is okay, but when I get hot it tends to go really red, I don't think it is caused by acne cause I don't have it, but I don't know what I can do.

Everytime I do sports, or go out, and it gets hot, pretty much my whole face just goes red!
It's discusting, but I don't know what to do, it's not often, its usually normal until I get really hot, but I can't help weather changes etc.

Anyone have any advice I can use?

Dude it's winter now, there is like no sun! I've been fine when it was summer.
Maybe it's just the heat I just want to know how to control it.

Hi Anonymous

You need to drink more water to filter the blood properly. Circulation of blood is the key to a healthy body. I drink around a gallon of water a day. Might not seem feasible, but it's the most important element we give to our body. This helps remove the toxins and waste in the bloodstream.
