What happens to lipids (fats) when there is no insulin available to store them?!

Question: What happens to lipids (fats) when there is no insulin available to store them!?
ie!. If one where just to eat raw peanuts, there would be plenty of fat but no insulin secretion to store the fat so!.!.!.
where does the fat go!?

Or for a more complex scenario:
Eating chocolate > leads to a sugar high + insulin secretion
insulin and blood sugar levels quickly spike and go down within the hour!.
But the fats from the chocolate have yet to be digested!. By the time they are available, no insulin is present to store them, so!.!.!.

Other than insulin, is there another way for the body to store these fats!?

If you want to gain some facts about diabetes, I suggest that you read this book!.

Dr!. Barnard's Program for reversing Diabetes!.

If you have diabetes, I suggest that you cut out cheese and lessen any milk products until you can have a chance to read the book, it will explain why!. Also don't have more than 1/4 pound of meat with any meal!. He will explain how much meat is a requirement for a healthy diet!.

I might also suggest you eat oatmeal with lots of cinnamon and perhaps some apple in it for breakfast!. Don't worry to much about the calorie count, it is only 128 calories per ounce of oatmeal (not counting the sugar that you don't really need to add to it)!. Eat a fairly large portion, it is good for you and digests slowly, so it will not spike your blood sugar as much as other foods do!.

Best of luck to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Where did you get the idea that insulin stores fat!? Fat is a source of energy!. If fats (lipids) aren't metabolized right away, they're stored as adipose!. Fat!. Which translates into excess weight!. So where does the fat go!? On your butt, your hips, your arms, under your chin, your chest, your legs, your abdomen, need I continue!?

FYI: Do NOT go the site that the person above me posted!. This is a computer virus and this person keeps coming back with a different name everytime and posts this same virus link!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
