Does any one know of anything that I can do to get rid of a boil?
The boil is on my neck and it is not nearly as painful as it was a few days ago. I have tried putting a little bit of toothpaste on it because I was told that this would help bring it to a head I have also been putting a hot wash cloth on it for several minutes at a time every few hours. Nether of these thighs has worked so far. I have had it for almost a week. I can't go to the doctor right now and I can't afford boil ease right now. I would like it to be gone before I go on a trip in a few weeks

after reading the answers you have, I will be more than happy to expound on the info that I have. the old tale was to place Bacon on it and this will allow the Poision to come out. I worked in the emergency room for 10+ yrs as an BSN/ RN and also as an surgicical technologist. you will need to be placed on and antibotic medication, I know that seeking medical assistance isa a problem for yoou, but your local health department can and will assistyou. please let us know how things resolved. you are in my many thoughts and prayers, god bless you and yours.
