Answers:
I am unsure of how you are able to determine the pus is coming from the uterus, and that the milky white substance is in fact pus.
If you suspect an infection, culture the location of the possible infection to determine the possible infectious agent.
It is possible to have an infection without having an elevated white count or having a shift in the differential.
