I am pregnant but i wanna know is why the doctor took soo much blood and made me urine in a cup??

i only asked several questions because i was really nervous!! she called back like a week later and told me i had clamydia!!! aghh she prescribed me medication and i dont think i have it anymore because i havent done anything with my boyfriend!! now hes being treated too...but if she told me i only have clamydia, i dont have anything else right?? iam sooo concern and always thinking bout my baby!! i am 12 weeks now, and i go back next friday!!! if i had some other type of infection or viruse she would of told me already right???? please help!!

It's routine for all of that. You should get a urine test every visit and also as long as you take your meds and your b/f takes his meds and you don't have sex til you're done your meds then you will get rid of it.

If you don't use your medicine properly chlamydia can result in PID or can mess up your baby's sight. Don't take this lighty.
