Because it is an oral medication, not topical, it will treat acne!.!.!.wherever it is!.
It is a pretty hard-core medication with a lot of annoying side-effects!. It's basically supposed to be your last resort for severe and/or stubborn acne!. If it's something you're interested in, talk to your dermatologist!.
