Question: I recenlty noticed a keloid on my upper ear!? !?
last night i was cleaning my ear and i noticed it was bleeding!.!.!.and i checked behind my ear and i felt a bump, and so i found out it was a keloid, i got my cartilage pierced about 4 weeks ago, and ive been cleaning it and everything, but why did this keloid appear!? and can i get it removed PERMANTLEY!?

Did you take your earring off for any reason!? if you did your not supposed to, your supposed to leave it on for 3 to 6 months so it can heal!. A keloid is a build up of skin tissue it can not be surgically removed or anything like that, but you can help it go away by massaging the keloid!. If your hole has closed up you cannot get it re-pierced in the same spot because of the keloid!. But if the hole is still there juss leave your earring on so it can heal and keep cleaning it =] also if you have any more questions about it juss go to the place you got it pierced and ask them about it, you can also go to claires and ask the piercer!.
