you are supposed to get it wet under the water in the shower and rub it in between your wet hands until it starts to lather up!. then you rub the lather all over your body!. you can use it multiple times over and over again until it is a tiny little sliver and you can't get any lather out of it!. at that point you open a new bar of soap and you can press the tiny little bit left of the old one in to the new one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
1!. take a washcloth and wet it with what ever tempature water you want!.
2!. take the bar of soap and wet it then rub it into the wet wash cloth until the wash cloth is all soapy!.
3!. wash all over your body with it!. if necessary rewet cloth and soap and repeat until all of you is clean!. then rinse the soap out of the cloth!. and rinse all the soap off of you!. that's all there is to it!. use the soap until it is alll gone!. or when it gets really small i get a new bar of soap and get both real wet and soap up both in my hands and then rub thewm both together and makke one bar of soap out of both of them!.
before you put the soap away until the next use rinse it of any soap bubbles then place it ini the soap tray until the next use!. rinse the wash cloth and hang it over the tub nozzle until the next time or go ahead and wash it with all the towels or with all the underwear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's no set rules!. You can lather yourself up by rubbing the bar on yourself, or lather up a washcloth and use that!. Both methods work just fine!. And you can use the bar until it's too small to hold onto!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I like using it with some type of puff or brush!. I rub the bar on the puff and lather it up!.
